All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Elite Height Safety Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
