Return and Refund Policy for Elite Height Safety Pty Ltd

At Elite Height Safety Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality height safety equipment and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that are personalised or custom-made.
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@elitehs.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the amount of the returned item.

Please note:

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns and exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and obviously not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@elitehs.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, original item condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
